He was predeceased by: his parents, Earl E. Hamilton and Mildred Hamilton (Neff). He is survived by: his children, Michael E. Hamilton Jr. of Lugoff and Amber Nix (Kevin) of Salem; his stepdaughter Tammy Meyer (Scott) of Mt. Vernon; his grandchildren, Noah Nix, Christian Hamilton, Chelsi Hamilton and Aracely Meyer; his great grandchildren, Gus and Ava; his siblings, Ava Siterlet of Springfield, Trudy Koontz (David) of Flora, Greg Hamilton (Deanna) of Flora and Kim Hamilton (Shari) of Flora; and his close friend Beverly Hamilton of Salem. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
The preferred form of remembrance in lieu of flowers are donations to the Clay County Cancer Crusaders, and these will be accepted through the funeral home.
