He was predeceased by: his grandfather Ray; his wife Mary Jo; his parents, Mark Harvey and Eloise Harvey; his parents-in-law, Arthur and Minnie Childs; and his brother Garey Harvey.
He is survived by: his family Ray; his children, Jeffery Dee and Joni Louise (Terry); his sister Jane; his children, Shara Wilkins (Jeff), Marjorie Schroeder (Bob) and Jeff Harvey (Shari); and his grandchildren, Amy Simpson, Shannon Hurliman, Brandi Brown, Mallory Rae, Ashley Willison, Ryan Orand, Trenton Harvey and Ariel Orand. He is also survived by 13 great-grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Clay County Hospice and will be accepted through the Frank & Bright funeral home.
