He is survived by: his son Marvin Tibbs (Brenda) of Flora; his wife Rowena Tibbs (Butcher) of Flora; and his great grandchildren, Regan Franzen, Jake Franzen, Taylor Franzen, Lainey Justice, Braden Justice and William Justice. He is also survived by 3 granddaughters.
