He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles Dulaney and Cleta Pass (Koch). He is survived by: his children, Brian Dulaney (Crystal) of La Crosse, WI, Kyle Dulaney (Jennifer) of San Diego, CA and Natasha Norton (Chris) of Maryville, TN; and his siblings, Carole Peterson (Mick) of Pontiac, IL and Richard Dulaney (Sylvia) of Clemmons, NC.. He is also survived by 8 grandchildren.
