He was predeceased by: his brother Wayne. He is survived by: his wife Mary Lou Arnold; and his children, Pat Getz (Dave) of Tempe, AZ, Joan Gifford (Dave) of Maryland Heights, MO, John Guth (Sally) of Washington, IL, David Guth (Tina) of Chandler, AZ and Carol Doss (Darrin) of Washington, IL.. He is also survived by 17 grandchildren and many great-grandchildren.
