Robert Schumacher Obituary

We are sad to announce that on February 9, 2022, at the age of 80, Robert Schumacher of Eureka, Illinois, born in Roanoke, Illinois passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Walter Schumacher and Sarah Schumacher (Hartman); his stepmother Salome; and his siblings, Jerry Schumacher and Joyce Crawford.

He is survived by: his wife Charlene Schumacher of Eureka; his children, David Schumacher (Julie) of Eureka, Daniel Schumacher (Heidi) of Congerville, Dennis Schumacher (Jill) of Eureka, Dale Schumacher (Lavonne) of Eureka, Debra Beer (Randy) of Milford, Ind and Dawn Tanner (Brian) of Morton; and his siblings, Sam Schumacher (Linda) of Eureka and Mary Jane Knapp (Harold) of Bloomfield, Iowa.. He is also survived by 27 grandchildren; 13 great-grandchildren.

Memorials may be made to Eureka Apostolic Christian Home or Fresenius Kidney Dialysis Center in East Peoria.
