She was predeceased by: her parents, Ludwig Haug and Ann Haug (Zenz); and her husband Fred Kovar. She is survived by: her children, Fred Kovar, Michael Kovar (Michelle) and Terri Ekstrom; her grandchildren, Nick Ekstrom (Andrea), Matt Ekstrom (Lara), Katelyn Ekstrom, Wyatt Kovar (Giulianna), Josh Kovar and Jake Kovar; her great grandchildren, Emma Ekstrom, Isak Ekstrom and Mateus Campos Ribeiro; her cousins, Toni, Bonnie, Lynn, Laurie, Joanie, Bob, John and Jim; and also, Bill Kovar (Ethel Sladek) and Pinky (Les Johnson).
