It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Richard Allan Foster (Elmhurst, Illinois), born in Belvidere, Illinois, who passed away on October 6, 2023, at the age of 79, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Dorothy Foster and Galen Foster; his wife Susan; his children, Jennifer Hughes (Thomas), Erin Foster and Timothy Foster (Laura); his grandchildren, Gavin, Quinlan, Aoife, Fiona, Will, James, Teagan, Cara and George; and his brothers, Robert (Pat) and Ronald Foster (Mary).
