She is survived by: her daughters, Kristie Johnson and Valerie Karth (Karl); her grandchildren, Ken Johnson, Etta Karth Lewer (Dan), Kelsi Johnson, Kourtney Lewandowski (Justin) and Griffin Karth; her great grandchildren, Haley Parker, Addie, Isla and Olive Lewandowski; her sisters-in-law, Carol Gerhardt and Gale Hollinger; and her nieces and nephews, Jim Gerhardt (Gayle), Paul Gerhardt, Mickey Gerhardt, Sue Held (Rob), Mark Gerhardt (Jill) and Julie Valentino (Jim).
