She was predeceased by: her parents, Edward S. Jennings, and Lucille Jennings, Sr.; and her sister Susan Collins (John). She is survived by: her brother Edward Stephen Jennings Jr. (Colleen); her son Joseph Castamagna (Lisa); her grandchildren, Anthony, Tessa and Nicholas of Santa Rosa, CA.; and her caregiver Irma. She is also survived by cousins, nieces, and nephews.

Claudia has chosen to donate her body to Medical Science. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made in her name to your favorite charity.
