He was predeceased by: his parents, Hardy Woodward and Lucille Woodward; his wife Judy Hauschild (Ashauer); his son Michael Woodward; and his siblings, Charles, William Woodward and Sally Halford.
He is survived by: his daughters, Patricia Lynn Davis of Cleveland and Tracy Kay Lee Harris of Reddick, Florida; his stepchildren, Richard John Hauschild (Jennifer) of Edwardsville, Debra Lynn Brand (Michael) of Yorktown Virginia and Diane Sue Wattles (Eric) of Manito, Illinois; and his brother-in-law Robert Halford of Kansas City, Missouri.. He is also survived by eight grandchildren, nine step-grandchildren, thirteen great grandchildren.
The family requests memorials to the Shriners Hospital for Children or Evelyn's House.
