He was predeceased by: his sister Sharon Taylor; his parents-in-law, Herb and Eunice Highlander; and his siblings-in-law, Sherlyn Witt, Molly Campbell, Venita Campbell, Paul Witt, Al Duhr and Ron Highlander.
He is survived by: his wife Myra; his children, Travis Campbell (Brooke) and Tara Lotz (Michael); his grandchildren, Mason, Eowynn, Brayden and Alexander; his siblings, Jerry, Pat Campbell, Kathy Tracy and Peggy Duhr; and his sister-in-law Shirley Highlander. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and cousins.
The family has requested that memorials be made to VITAS Hospice Care or St. Jude Children's Hospital.
