She was predeceased by: her parents, Theodore Bunte and Cordelia Bunte; and her husband Dennis. She is survived by: her sons, Jamey Hartley (Mandi) and Corey Schwalb (Susan); her sisters, Sylvia Bort (Fred), Janice Hill (late Robert, Sr.) and Connie Schaefer (Gerald); and her sons, Theodore Schwalb (Kathy) and Joshua Hartley (Jenn). She is also survived by her 11 grandchildren.

The family requests memorials to the American Heart Assoc.
