It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Francis L. Geiger of Edwardsville, Illinois, born in Highland, Illinois, who passed away on September 24, 2022, at the age of 83, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph Geiger and Ida Geiger; his wife LaVerne A. Geiger; and his siblings, Leonard A., Jeanette L. Voegele (Cletus), Othmar J. "Ott" Geiger, Alice C. Vonland (Roger), Bernard Geiger (Infant) and Joseph G. "Butch" Geiger (JoAnn).
He is survived by: his sister Dorothy E. Lewis of Highland, IL; his siblings-in-law, Leo Rode (Darlene) of Grantfork, IL and Delores "Babe" Geiger of Highland, IL; and his close friend Rose Olive of Glen Carbon, IL. He is also survived by Nieces and Nephews.
