He is survived by: his son Jonathan E. Brumitt of Edwardsville; his stepchildren, Christopher D. Blair (Cherie) of Granite City, Chad M. Bosomworth of Alton and Cassie M. Bosomworth of Troy, IL; his grandchildren, Dylan M. Springs, Hannah M. Springs, Caleb J. Blair, Courtney N. Blair and Haileigh M. Doty; his siblings, Thomas Brumitt (Linda) of Palm Coast, FL and Linda Wolf (David) of Edwardsville; and his siblings-in-law, Charles W. Hogue, Jr. (Sarah) of Chicago, Diane M. Jacober of Edwardsville, Carol H. Hogue of Edwardsville and Tamara B. Hogue of Edwardsville.
Memorials may be given to St. Boniface Catholic Church, masses or to Hope Animal Rescues in Godfrey.
