He was predeceased by: his parents, Lee Clardy and Myrtle Clardy (Bailey); and his siblings, Glen Clardy, Kenneth Clardy, Mary Ruth Grisham, Vivian Bates, Edna Russell and David Allen Clardy.
He is survived by: his siblings, Ethel Rushing of Harrisburg, IL, Howard Clardy of Florida, Marge Lowry of Metropolis, IL, Jean Buttrum (Billy) of Vienna, IL, Shirley Dorian (Larry) of Poplar Bluff, MO, Wanda Cook of Metropolis, IL, Gale Clardy (Carmen) of Eddyville, IL and Wendell Clardy of Vienna, IL. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, cousins, friends.
