She is survived by: her children, Charles Stroughter of Portland, OR and Delores Stroughter Bingham; her grandchildren, Felecia Singleton, Nikki Stroughter, Justin Stroughter of Atlanta, GA, Catherine Stroughter of Vancouver, WA, Reginald Stroughter of Portland, OR, Terrance Stroughter and Dawn Robinson; and her sister Lorraine Nelson. She is also survived by great-grandchildren, nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
