She is survived by: her former husband James Polk; and her children, Frederick Polk, Terrence Polk, Quintin Polk, Adrian Polk, Gale Mannie, Pamela Lawrence and Audrey Polk. She is also survived by great grandchildren, great-great grandchildren, other relatives and friends.
