She was predeceased by: her children, Carolyn, John Jr. Annie and Madea. She is survived by: her children, Shirley Ross, Vera Pernell and Ronald Williams (Linda); her siblings, Bertha Bell, Remonia Jemison, Charles Clay and Lavell Clay (Bertha); her siblings-in-law, Lenia Wheeler, Joseph Ross and James Ross (Clementine); her grandchildren, Tracy, Trenier, Blake, Joreal, Mercedes, Shara, Breanne, Rodney and Regina; her great grandchildren, Jalen, Bailey, King, Michael III, Aaron Jr. and Duane; and her nephews, Patrick and Clifford. She is also survived by great, great grand-children, nieces and nephews.
