William J. Sexton Obituary
It is with great sadness that we announce the death of William J. Sexton of East Peoria, Illinois, born in West Middlesex, Pennsylvania, who passed away on January 14, 2022, at the age of 84, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Stewart Sexton and Helen Goodge Sexton; his former wife Barbara Ann Drummond; and his sisters, Martha McCorkle and Dorothy Sexton.
He is survived by: his wife Judy Martin of East Peoria; his son James Sexton of Hawthorne, FL; his stepchildren, Cathy Gaughan (Pete) of Concord, CA., Jennifer Harper (Raymond Smoot) and Jason Wilkerson; his grandchildren, Christina, April, Jamie, Sally Ann, Peter, Jessica, Erica and Joshua; and his friends, Wayne and Kevin Carney. He is also survived by nine great-grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, memorials in Bill's name may be given to the family to be given to a charity of their choice.
