It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Shanon S. Hymbaugh of East Peoria, Illinois, born in Galesburg, Illinois, who passed away on December 24, 2022, at the age of 66, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Chester Robert and Betty Jane Essex Vest. She is survived by: her husband Kevin W. Hymbaugh; her son Colton Hymbaugh; her sister Tonya Lynn Wemhoff (Neal); and her nephew Nick Costello (Andrea).
