He was predeceased by: his parents, Ernest Wells and Lois Wells (Dully); and his sister Becky Sue Wells. He is survived by: his wife Tammy Wells of East Peoria; his daughters, Marissa Hudspeth of East Peoria, Heidi Wells (Andrew Osborn) of Pekin, Arcina Hudspeth of Peoria and Brandy Wells of East Peoria; his grandsons, Bradley Osborn, Isaiah Osborn and Noah Bishop; and his siblings, Michael Wells of Morton, Cheryl Hartness (Wayne) of Peoria Heights and Mark Wells (Marilyn) of Groveland.
Memorials may be made to American Diabetes Association or American Kidney Association.
