He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert Watts and Hildegard Bastian Watts; his sisters, Millie and Betty Watts; and his pets, Lady Tinky Watts and Chandler Roger Watts.
He is survived by: his wife Linda Lee Routt; his pet Tsingtao Snoopy Garcia-Watts; his daughters, Amy Watts (Angela) and Lisa Watts (Matthew Garcia); his grandson Zane Michael Watts; and his pet Banana Wookie Garcia. He is also survived by loving in-laws, five nephews, one niece.
In lieu of flowers, memorials can be made to TAPS No Kill Animal Shelter in Pekin, IL or to the Southern Poverty Law Center in Montgomery, Alabama.
