It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Richard Ray Bales of East Peoria, Illinois, born in East Saint Louis, Illinois, who passed away on July 7, 2023, at the age of 89, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Russell Bales and Belle Bales (Borland); and his wife Marylee of East Peoria. He was also cherished by several nieces and nephews.
