He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert C. Kelly and Beulah Kelly (Carol); his son Michael; and his siblings, Marjorie, Velma, Ray, Robert, Walter and Melvin.
He is survived by: his wife Irene L. Kelly of East Peoria, Illinois; and his children, Carol Kelly of Houston, Texas, Kenneth Kelly of Tomball and Barry Kelly (Marie) of Houston, Texas. He is also survived by seven grandchildren and eleven great grandchildren.
