It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Norma Shuford of East Peoria, Illinois, born in Peoria, Illinois, who passed away on February 10, 2023, at the age of 92, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her father Daniel Winkle; and her husband Louis "Don" Shuford. She is survived by: her children, Jennifer Bridgewater (Walter) and Louis "Don" Shuford, Jr. (Cindy); and her grandchildren, Lisa, Danielle, Ryan Bridgewater (Kim) and Bethany Shuford. She is also survived by nine great-grandchildren, and her many nieces and nephews.
