He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles Locke and Phoebe Locke; and his wife Dianna Mae Gaff. He is survived by: his children, Amy Porter (Eric) of East Peoria, Kimberly Weddle (Scott) of Abilene, TX, Charles Locke of Streator, Lisa Siegel (Howie) of River Vale, NJ and Susan Sullivan (Glenn) of Bethpage, NY; his grandchildren, Tiffany Good (Jeff), Corey O'Neill (Sara), Johnathan Michael Hawkins, Kaylee Elko (Jordan Wagenbach), Emily Hawkins, Marianna O'Neill, Natalee Shapiro, Jaden Siegel, Tyler Porter and Brooke Rund (Luke); his great grandchildren, Ava Good and Zoe Rund; and his sister Renee Reiter (Lenny) of New York.
Memorial contributions may be made to St. Jude's or Moms Who Care at East Peoria High School.
