She was predeceased by: her parents, Oliver John and Mary Lindquist (Wright); her brother Robert "Bob"; and her siblings-in-law, Fran Linquist and Vern Johnson.
She is survived by: her children, Mark Hammerl (Diane) of West Peoria, Pete Hammerl (Regina) of Edelstein and Christine Usrey (Jim) of Port Byron; her grandchildren, Nicholas Hammerl of Omaha, Gabrielle Hammerl of West Peoria, Emily Dial (Drew) of Sunnyland and Adam Hammerl (Savannah) of Princeville; her stepgrandson Cory Purifoy of Shiloh; her great grandchildren, Leontay Hammerl of West Peoria, Dominic Dial of Sunnyland and Gemma Dial of Sunnyland; her siblings, Dorothy Johnson of Coon Rapids, Minnesota and Jack Lindquist (Linne) of Bemidji; and her sister-in-law Marlene Silvestri of Mesa. She is also survived by several nieces, nephews, great-nieces and great-nephews.
