He was predeceased by: his parents, Elan Varble and Pearl Varble (Edie); and his wife Brenda "Gail" Woody. He is survived by: his children, Marshall "Brian" Varble of Washington, IL and Kim Fandel (Doug) of East Peoria, IL; his grandchildren, Sydney Varble, Megan Thompson (Garrett), Morgan Varble and Brian Varble (Katie); and his sister Doris Ridenbark of Jerseyville, IL.. He is also survived by four great-grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be given to Averyville Baptist Church, 1070 Spring Bay Road, East Peoria, IL 61611.
