We are sad to announce that on April 13, 2019, at the age of 41, Jennifer Hart (East Peoria, Illinois), born in Peoria, Illinois passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her stepgrandparents, Jack and Margaret Leiby; her grandparents, LaVerne Hart, Harold "Butch" Barthell and Judy Barthell Adreon; and her cousin Megan Miesner.
She is survived by: her father Gary Hart Sr.; her daughter AddieLee Jean Hart; her siblings, Gary Hart, Jr. (Michele) and Kristy Hart Whitman; her grandparents, Doris Barthell and Dewey Adreon (Judy); her nephews, Ashtin Whitman and Hunter Hart; and her niece MacKenzie.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the ALS Association, Team Hart.
