He was predeceased by: his parents, Jack Ribak and Shirley Ribak (Schroeder); his wife Judith Massaglia Heyder; and his stepfather Milton Bloom. He is survived by: his former wife Susan "Diane" Bennett; his children, Dean Ribak of Washington, IL and Ginger Light (Andy) of East Peoria, IL; his sister Jodie Artrip-Lemke of Mesa, AZ; and his stepchildren, Jeff Heyder (Donna) of Washington, IL, Jill Ellis of Eureka, IL, Cathy Mauluulu (Semu) of Eureka, IL, Dave Heyder of Eureka, IL, Adam Heyder of Eureka, IL and Christopher Heyder (Katrina) of East Peoria, IL. He is also survived by grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, memorials in his name may be given to a charity of the donor's choice.
