He was predeceased by: his parents, Fred Voight and Opal Voight (Whitley); and his wife Cheryl Klicker. He is survived by: his daughter Renee; his grandson Chase of Cape Coral, Florida.; and his siblings, Barb Kaiser of Arizona, Cheryl Kiefer (Jim) of North Port, Sam Voight of East Peoria and Linda Reed (James) of California.
