It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Francis R. Ullrich Jr. of East Peoria, Illinois, born in Chicago, Illinois, who passed away on January 23, 2024, at the age of 88, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Francis R. Ullrich, and Elizabeth M. Ullrich, Sr. (Bull); and his siblings, Edmund Ullrich and Betty Chapman. He is survived by: his wife Elga S. Mitzenheim of East Peoria; and his children, Andrew Ullrich (Rhonda) of Metamora, IL, Donna Adams (Bobby) of Metamora, IL, William Ullrich (Laurie) of Washburn, IL and Liz Pennington (Eric) of Morton, IL. He is also survived by thirteen grandchildren; and twenty-three great-grandchildren.
