He was predeceased by: his parents, Leland Hatten and Irene Tisdale Hatten. He is survived by: his spouse Donna; his children, Kathy Raithel (Steve) of East Peoria, Donald Morgan of Spring, TX and Richard Morgan (Sandra) of East Peoria; and his siblings, Patsy Jones (Wendel) of Oklahoma, Leland Hatten (Rosalee) of East Peoria and Charles Hatten (Irma) of Texas. He is also survived by eight grandchildren, and nine great-grandchildren.
