He was predeceased by: his parents, Edward R. Stanley, Sr. and Edith Stanley (Waite); his daughter Donita Jo Stanley; his grandson Ian Elmore; and his sisters, Mary, Shugie and Holly.
He is survived by: his son Edward B Stanley of East Peoria; his grandchildren, Brian, Mason, Brayden, Seth, Trent and Grace; and his siblings, Angela Spaulding of Creve Coeur and Clark Stanley of Peoria.
