She was predeceased by: her parents, Louis Johnson and Orpha Johnson (VanOppen); her husband Ronald Elmer Umdenstock; and her sister Charlotte Orr. She is survived by: her daughters, Kandy Umdenstock and Rhonda Hockenbury (Joshua) of Washington; and her sisters, Georgia Parnham of Armington, Betsy Boyd (Darrell) of Mackinaw, Penny McEldowney (Ralph) of Creve Coeur and Daisy Johnsen of Pekin.
In honor of the caring nurses and staff on MACU/1700 at OSF and the Richard Owens Hospice Home during her last two weeks her on earth, memorials may be made to the 17th District American Legion Auxiliary Nurses' Scholarship Fund at PO Box 1426, Bloomington, IL 61702.
