He was predeceased by: his parents, Samuel Lee and Clara Stewart (Rice); and his wife Edna Maxine Roots. He is survived by: his children, Mickey Herrmann (Joseph) of Fort Smith, AR, Charlene Stevens (Jim) of East Peoria, Rita Watson (Mike) of Estero, FL, Cindy Brockett (Ron) of East Peoria, Tom Stewart (Karen) and Bec Land (Brian) of East Peoria; and his sister Letha Starnes (Bill) of Black Rock, AR. He is also survived by 14 grandchildren; 26 great-grandchildren; and 10 great-great-grandchildren.
Due to COVID-19 restrictions, there will be no public visitation or service.
