It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Carla Jane Lamprecht (East Peoria, Illinois), born in Peoria, Illinois, who passed away on November 9, 2023, at the age of 68, leaving to mourn family and friends. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Lyle Lamprecht and Imogene Lamprecht (Piotrowski); her brother Ron Lamprecht; and her pet Sophia Rose. She is survived by: her daughters, Allison Canty and McKenzie Canty; her siblings, Paula Wick (Tom) and Jerry Lamprecht (Terrie); and her sister-in-law Susan Lamprecht. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
Carla made the honorable decision for her body to be donated to science, as such, there will be no viewing. In lieu of flowers, which Carla was extremely allergic to, donations to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital or SAMS (Stray Animal Midway Shelter) in Carla's name would be deeply appreciated; donation links can be found by scrolling to the bottom of this page.
