We are sad to announce that on January 22, 2024, at the age of 86, Carl William Hammerl Jr. of East Peoria, Illinois, born in Chicago, Illinois passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Carl W., Sr. and Elizabeth Hammerl (Faetz). He is survived by: his children, Mark Hammerl (Diane) of West Peoria, Pete Hammerl (Regina) of Eldelstein and Christine Usrey (Jim) of Port Byron; his grandchildren, Nicholas Hammerl of Omaha, Gabrille Hammerl of West Peoria, Emily Dial (Drew) of Sunnyland and Adam Hammerl (Savannah) of Princeville; his stepgrandson Cory Purifoy of Shiloh; his great grandchildren, Leontay Hammerl of West Peoria, Dominic Dial of Sunnyland and Gemma Dial of Sunnyland; and his sister Marlene Silvesteri of Mesa. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, great-nieces and great-nephews.
