With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Barbara Joan (Hill) Shiverdecker of East Peoria, Illinois, born in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, who passed away on February 1, 2023 at the age of 77. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by : her parents, Mary Hill, (Donohue) and Frank D. Hill, Sr.; her husband Bruce Edward Shiverdecker; and her sisters, Patricia Russell and Anna Louise Hill.

She is survived by : her son Eric Shiverdecker (Sandi); her granddaughter Kinsey Shiverdecker; and her siblings, Margaret West (Peggy), Kathleen Czajkowski (Arthur), Mary T. Hill, Rosemarie Inglese (Steve), Frank D. Hill, Jr. (Karla) and Robert Hill (Becky). She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.

Additional Grand Daughter Maggie Doris Shiverdecker.

Memorials may be made to the charity of the donor's choice.

“Hi, I'm Maggie Doris Shiverdecker. I'm her, about to be 5 year old, Granddaughter. I'm the one left out of this for the memory of her and her relatives loss. Isn't that shocking. I loved her without question and would call her using my mom's phone, I'm great at clicking pictures of those I love to call. I talked about her all the time. It was odd that on all of my present's I got from her she always wrote this From: Barbara, Guess I never meant anything to her so leave me out.”
