Ulery of East Peoria, Illinois, born in Louisiana, Missouri, who passed away on October 23, 2021, at the age of 74, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Archie Millow and Ruth Bullah May Ulery (Carroll). He is survived by: his children, Cynthia Kay Ulery of East Peoria, Megan Olsen (Chad) of East Peoria and Kelly Ulery (Danielle) of North Pekin. He is also survived by eight grandchildren; four great-grandchildren and several cousins.
