It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Roberta Hoffman of East Moline, Illinois, born in Carrollton, Illinois, who passed away on September 18, 2021, at the age of 86, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Elze Shinn and Josephine Shinn (Reese); her husband Joseph C. Hoffman; and her grandson Stephen Douglas Scott. She is survived by: her children, Jeannie Herbert (Richard), Joyce Ziegler (Randy), Georgia, Cathy Beard, Jerry Hoffman (Linda), John Hoffman (Diane) and Robert Hoffman. She is also survived by fifteen grandchildren, twenty-two great-grandchildren, and fourteen great-great-grandchildren.
