He was predeceased by: his parents, Dale Fender and Josephine Fender (Morris); and his brother J. D. Fender. He is survived by: his wife Linda Eisentrager (Haynie) of East Moline, IL; his children, Chrissy Hank (Bill) of Aledo, IL, Scott Haynie (Diana), Tim Haynie (Kristy) and Tammy Gardner (David); and his sister Jane Haskins of Matton, WI.. He is also survived by 11 grandchildren, 7 great grandchildren.
