It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Richard Westphall of East Moline, Illinois, born in Davenport, Iowa, who passed away on November 4, 2021, at the age of 70, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Carroll Westphall and Doris Westphall (Gottschalk). He is survived by: his former wife Mary K. Havens; his wife Rebecca "Becky" Tarr; his sons, Brett (Renee Maniccia), Eric Westphall, Davenport and Dustin (Jilliane); and his grandchildren, Carver and Ashton.
