He is survived by: his daughters, Charmin Otts of Port Richey, Carmen Otts of Inverness and Lori Prior (Todd Matthews) of East Moline; his grandchildren, Shawna Carmack (Krystal), Tony Fritz (Trisha), Travis Wilson (Jamie), Nicole Wilson (Santos) and Brooke Holzman (Tyler); his great grandchildren, Dakota, KaiRyn, Lauren, Lexi, London, Lakelyn, Brinley, Riley and Nash; and his siblings, Albert "Elvis" Otts of Davenport, Ricky Otts of Guin and Doris Cannon of Guin.
