With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Kay Chase (East Moline, Illinois), born in Moline, Illinois, who passed away on September 1, 2020 at the age of 78. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Harold Damm and Grace Damm (Arnold); her daughter Christine Chase; and her siblings, Jean Haynie, Ruth Ann Welch and Gary Damm.
She is survived by: her children, Michael Chase (Kelly) of Hampton, Randell Chase (Lavonne) of Moline and Dean Chase (Linda) of Silvis; her grandchildren, Anthony Chase, Mindy Chase, Dereck Chase and Bryce Chase; and her brothers, Ray Damm (Marilyn) of Silvis, Neal Damm (Barbara) of Davenport and Timothy Damm (Sandy) of East Moline. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, and friends.
