We are sad to announce that on May 7, 2020, at the age of 74, Judith Vancil-Brooks (East Moline, Illinois), born in Galesburg, Illinois passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her father John J. Stranger; and her former husband Rusty M. Vancil. She is survived by: her mother Dorothy Stranger (Mealman) of Galesburg; her husband James Brooks; her son Kyle Vancil (Tammy) of Bloomington; her siblings, Jeff Stanger (Joyce) of Elk Grove, California, Cindy Wagner (Rick) of Galesburg, Colleen Surber of Galesburg, Keri Robbins (Mike) of Woodhull and Tonia Burton of Galesburg; and her grandchildren, Kyle Vancil (Danellia) of Muscatine and Tifani Shea (J. P.) of Bloomington.

Due to social distancing limitations related to the COVID-19 pandemic, there will not be any physical interaction with the family.
