She was predeceased by: her parents, Monroe Green and Melissia Green (Hudson); her husband Joe Cummings; her son James Taylor; and her siblings, Queen Esther Cook, Tannie, Esau, Monroe Jr., Lester, Benjamin, Nureal and Rev. Beno Green.
She is survived by: her former husband Joseph S. Cummings; her daughters, Janice Cummings, Cynthia Bass, Kathleen Gardner and Drucilla Johnson of Longview, TX; her grandchildren, Ericka Blakely, Rhocelle Taylor, Tiwanna Bass and Breanna Terry; her great grandchild Emauriana Hughes; her sister Beatrice Boardingham of Purcell, OK; and her sister-in-law Willie M. Cummings. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, and good friends.
