It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Jack Dahlstrom of East Moline, Illinois, born in Moline, Illinois, who passed away on October 9, 2020, at the age of 94, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Regis Dahlstrom and Ella Dahlstrom (Sheley); his wife Rose Ann Carlson; his stepfather Ray Newkirk; his daughter Cindy Adams; his granddaughter Lisa Dhooge; and his brothers, Regis Dahlstrom and Phil Newkirk.
He is survived by: his children, Lynn Geerts (Roger), Kim Dahlstrom (Debra Carter), Craig Dahlstrom (Debra Roth), Lori Dahlstrom and Brian Dahlstrom (Polly); and his son-in-law Tom Adams. He is also survived by 11 grandchildren, 9 great grandchildren, 2 great great grandchildren.
Memorials may be made to the Bi-State Tennis Association or the Alzheimer's Association.
