She was predeceased by: her grandmother Berneice Smith; and her parent Michael Murphy. She is survived by: her children, Khalil Hacker, Alaina Martinez and Larissa Martinez; and her husband David Martinez of East Moline, Illinois. She is also survived by five aunts, three uncles, and ten cousins.
